Continuous development of a distributed multi-tier application for several thousand hotels and event venues. It handles the daily volume of meeting, group and event enquiries across different communication channels.
My contribution: Architecture and implementation of integrations, the portal and business logic; ongoing development of distributed services; and AI in both the product and the development process.
